Vibration monitoring is often needed to establish the effect of various vibration sources including construction avtivities on neighbouring structures. Strainstall offer a variety of vibration monitoring services using state-of-the-art vibration monitoring equipment. We are able to mobilise to site very quickly to take single or multiple vibration measurements, including natural frequency determination, power spectra, peak particle velocity (PPV), and vibration dose values (VDV). We offer attended or remote vibration monitoring by specialist engineers and can provide advice and equipment hire, which can include some initial training. Vibration tests can be carried out as a bespoke test as required by the client, or we can carry out testing to relevant British or International Standards.
