Strainstall's bridge test system has been designed to enable engineers to undertake bridge testing effectively and efficiently using Strainstall's expertise without the need for extensive training. The system is not exhaustive, and can be extended very easily with new sensor types or different quantities of existing sensors. There are a range of sensors available as part of the system which include accelerometers, displacement sensors, disposable weldable electrical resistance strain gauges, bondable or boltable strain sensors and event sensors. The data acquisition system is housed in a vehicle along with amplifiers for the sensors, cable inputs via sockets, a printer and power supply/distribution. The software provided is Strainstall's own StrainSoft Acquire and StrainSoft Analysis. A smaller, portable system housed in two carry cases is also available.
