In November 2010, Strainstall Monitoring Division opened a new office in London. Over the last few years Strainstall have been involved in extensive geotechnical and structural monitoring works at Blackfriars Station as part of the Thameslink project, and with monitoring contracts for other large infrastructure projects (such as Crossrail) imminent, it made increasing sense to open a London office.
Having a hub in the UK's capital will greatly assist in our efforts to win this type of work and with on-site project management. It will also help in the development of relationships with the main London-based players, with whom we already have a number of contacts.
The office is at the London headquarters of Strainstall's parent company, James Fisher & Sons plc in Broad Street Place. |
